Protected Data Access Forms

Banner Access

For new or updated Banner/Web Reports Access please complete, print, and sign the Banner Protected Data Access Form, then send the form to the Registrar's Office via inter-office mail.

UITS Access

For access to  Raiser's Edge, Titanium Scheduling, ARMS, or StarRez, please complete, print, and sign the UITS Protected Data Access Form, then send the form to the UITS Help Desk via inter-office mail.

Network Share Access

For access to any departmental network shares, or the creation of a new network share, please use the Web Help Desk to create a ticket. To do so, navigate to http://helpdesk.spsu.edu and create a ticket with the request type 'Tech Support (UITS)' and request subtype 'Network Share Access/Creation. Then select the network share from the drop down list, or enter the name of the share in the 'Other' field if your network share is not visible, or you would like to create a new network share.
