The mission of the Client Services group is to improve the availability and quality of support for SPSU Student, Staff, and Faculty members. We also work to educate customers on new technologies that help support the overall mission of the University. We strive to decrease wait time for support, while increasing the number of immediate response opportunities with remote support technologies, skilled technicians and student workers. We establish solid rapports with University stakeholders to ensure transparency between UITS and the campus community. Client Services custom-tailors solutions for the SPSU community to ensure that needs are met by using new and emerging technologies and tools related to higher education in the 21st century.
The Client Services team is committed to supporting the technology needs of SPSU's growing student and employee population. The scope of Client Services support is broad in nature, therefore our dedicated staff has been divided into several smaller units:
