Rationale:
The various strategic initiatives that CSE wishes to undertake and that are described
in this document are likely to require resources beyond those that are available to
CSE internally or from SPSU. It is therefore crucial that CSE identify and obtain
additional resources. For the purposes, we include both monetary donations and donations
in kind, such as equipment and/or consulting services.
