The Rec Center has a 25 yard, 6 lane indoor lap pool. Free swim is available from 6:30am to 1/2 hour before posted Rec Center closing time, 7days a week. The pool is equipped with lane markers, kickboards and is attached to a large sun-bathing area outside the pool deck.
There is no lifeguard on duty, so please use caution when swimming at your own risk.
The Fitness Program also offers Beginner/Intermediate swimming classes, Water Fitness classes as well as the practice locale of the SPSU Club Swim Team.
