YOGA: CLASS FOCUSED ON THE CORE MUSCLES OF THE BODY. INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, BODY AWARENESS AND BUILD STRENGTH

 FUSION BELLY DANCING: A BEGINNER LEVEL CLASS THAT INCORPORATES THE BASICS OF BELLYDANCE WITH A MIX OF BOLLYWOOD AND INDIAN DANCE.  (WOMEN ONLY, PLEASE!)

MARTIAL ARTS: A NON-CONTACT INTRODUCTION TO MARTIAL ARTS WITH A FOCUS ON TECHNIQUE AND STRENGTH

POWER HOUR: THIS BODY STRENGTHENING PROGRAM WILL INCREASE BOTH MUSCLE ENDURANCE AND FLEXIBILITY OF THE ENTIRE PACKAGE!

TRIPLE THREAT: A CLASS FOCUSED ON BUILDING CARDIO, STRENGTH, AND STAMINA.

CLASSICAL BOLLYWOOD: LEARN TO DANCE BOTH CLASSICAL INDIAN AND BOLLYWOOD STYLES WHILE LOSING WEIGHT, FEELING GREAT, AND ENJOYING THE MUSIC

S.T.I.M.: A MARTIAL ARTS CLASS THAT FOCUSES ON A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT STYLES, BOTH HARD AND SOFT

CARDIO CONDITIONING: IT’S THE BREAKDOWN OF RUNNING WITH DRILLS, CALISTHENICS, AND PLYOMETRICS TO WORK UP TO SPRINTS AND ENDURANCE RUNNING (most of class is outdoors)

STOMP AEROBICS: A RYTHMIC COMBINATION OF PERCUSSION AND INTENSE MOVEMENT
