CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOGA: CLASS FOCUSED ON THE CORE MUSCLES OF THE BODY. INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, BODY AWARENESS AND BUILD STRENGTH

 GROUP CYCLING: WORK AT YOUR OWN LEVEL OR COMPETE WITH YOURSELF. THE CHOICE IS YOURS. COME FOR A “YOUR OWN” INTENSITY CLASS ON A CYCLE BIKE! LEARN THE BASICS OF INDOOR RIDING.

BELLY DANCING: A BEGINNER LEVEL CLASS THAT INTRODUCES YOU TO THE BASICS OF THE CLASSIC ART OF BELLY DANCING.(WOMEN ONLY, PLEASE!)

 Kettle Bell Cardio: Stuck in a fitness Rut? – Get out! Build up your muscle endurance and conditioning skills using the weighted kettlebells! A fun energetic workout!

 

WATER FIT: COME JUMP IN THE POOL AND SWEAT IT OUT IN A NON-IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT.

 BEGINNER SWIMMING: LEARN THE BASICS OF STROKES AND TECHNIQUES OF BASIC SWIMMING.

TaeKwonDo: Learn the basic moves in a beginner

(NON- CONTACT) TOTALBODY CLASS.

Power Hour and Power ½ Hour: THIS BODY STRENGTHENING PROGRAM WILL INCREASE BOTH MUSCLE ENDURANCE AND FLEXIBILITY OF THE ENTIRE PACKAGE!

TRI-CLASS: ONE WEEK BIKE, ONE WEEK SWIM. PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR A TRIATHLON. BUILD UP YOUR ENDURANCE INSIDE THE GYM!
