Non Paid AffiliateNon-Paid affiliates are non-employees operating in an official capacity with the University. In some situations, the nature of their working relationship may require the individual have access to institutional systems, space or other resources. Examples of such individuals may include visiting scholars, interns, auditors, etc.
To initiate a network account and email address, departments should collaborate with the individual to provide the following documents to the Human Resources Office:
- Non-Paid Affiliate Network Account Request Form
- Campus Computing Acceptable Use Agreement
- Personal Data Sheet
- Official government issued photo ID (such as passport, driver's license, etc)
The completed forms with all required signatures and the original government issued ID must be presented to the HR Office. The HR Office will make a photocopy of the ID to accompany file documentation and a network account will be created with 1 to 3 business days.
