1. Apartments Contracts are from Fall Semester to Summer Semester. Any contracts that are signed after Fall semester has begun, will end at the end of the Summer semester.
2. University Courtyard and Commons both come with fully equipped kitchens that allow for the most independent living on campus. Students who reside in the apartments are not required to purchase a meal plan. Apartment residents who would like to purchase a meal plan may do so in the Auxiliary Services Office, located on the upper level of the Joe Mack Student Center in A250.
3. Full payment for housing is due prior to occupancy for each term. Students who are qualified for and who have accepted financial aid may have that aid directly disbursed to cover payments for housing and meals. Any remaining difference after financial aid disbursement must be paid by the deadlines established each term.
