Overview

If you are looking for the convenience of living on-campus and you are beyond your first year of college, then our on-campus apartment living could be the place for you! We have two apartment communities; they are University Courtyard and University Commons. Here you will have the option of choosing a private room and maybe even a private bathroom.

University Commons first opened in 1997. University Commons provides students who have the desire for more independent living and year round housing a convenient on-campus environment.

Commons offers two person and four person apartments. The two person apartments provides each student with a private bedroom as well as a private bathroom. The four person apartment has four students sharing two bathrooms. All the apartments are completely furnished and come with a fully equipped kitchen with bar style seating. The front entrance of each unit in Commons also comes equipped with keycard access.

University Courtyard first opened in the Fall semester of 2004. Courtyard apartments accommodate four students providing each of them with their own bedroom and bathroom. All units are furnished and come with a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit also comes with a balcony and patio. The front entrance of each unit in Courtyard also comes equipped with keycard access.
