Our mission is to provide quality customer service to the students, faculty and staff here at Southern Polytechnic State University. Our function is to provide safe, functional, efficient and aesthetically pleasing facilities. We are responsible for the physical and environmental maintenance of the campus plus building renovations. We also provide planning and design services. Additionally, we plan the major new projects plus maintain the upkeep and operations of buildings, sidewalks, provide custodial services, manage surplus items, shipment receiving, landscaping and much more.
