The goal of Career Counseling is to help students evaluate their abilities, interests, talents, and personality characteristics to develop realistic academic and career goals.
With the use of individualized assessment tests and counseling sessions, counselors are able to evaluate and advise students in making informed career decisions. Decisions such as helping you decide what you want to major in, what kinds of careers you would be best suited for, and/or what jobs to investigate.
