Academic Counseling

Academic counseling refers to one-to-one, confidential services designed to help students discover how to achieve their desired results in school. Academic counseling helps students become self-directed learners by developing effective skills for college success.  Common topics include study skills, test taking skills, test anxiety, time management, and stress management.
