Services Provided to Visiting Teams
The SPSU Sports Medicine staff would like to welcome you and your athletes to our facilities. The athletic training room is located on the first floor in the gymnasium on the back side of campus across from the Architecture Building (N).
If you need locker room information, please contact individual coaches. The training room will be open two hours prior to competition for your needs. The available modalities are listed below. We ask that all visiting teams bring their own fully stocked medical kit for pregame treatments and taping. All taping and modality treatments will need to take place in the athletic training room and not the sports fields; therefore, we ask that enough time is allotted for your athletes to receive treatment. If there are any special needs for your athletes, please provide a letter or email to the Head Athletic Trainer. A team physician is only available for men’s basketball home games.

Please note that our soccer field is not located adjacent to the Athletic Training Room. Should you require access to any of the modalities/items, please contact a member of the Athletic Training staff to make the necessary arrangements. To ease your travel preparation, we will provide the following at all athletic competitions:
