Welcome to the training room!

 

The Southern Poly Athletic Department has one newly updated training room located in the gymnasium on the first floor just off the basketball court. The training room has several amenities and state of the art equipment readily available to meet the athletic staff and student-athlete’s needs. Housed at this facility is:

 

• One Automated External Defibrillator
• A first aid/station
• One combination US/E-Stim unit
• Hands-free Ultrasound
• GameReady Unit
• One medium sized hydrocollator
• Rehabilitation and core stability tools
• Restroom, shower, and laundry facilities
• Two treatment tables
• One taping station
• Functional rehabilitation and strengthening area
• A wet area with ice machine and coolers
• One whirlpool for hot or cold therapy
• An office area
• A storage area
